Apparel & Accessories

We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges on apparel and accessories under the conditions outlined below.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect
  • The incorrect item was received

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returned apparel and accessories must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition in which they were received
  • Accompanied by all original tags

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and has all original tags attached.

To request an exchange, contact us at Info@VanguardApparelUSA.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or item. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is required due to an error on our part. Items returned without original tags or showing signs of wear, washing, or use will not be accepted.

Nutrition Products

All nutrition products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once purchased. This policy is in place due to product safety, quality control, and regulatory standards.

If your nutrition product arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue appropriately.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
