Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated during product launches, limited drops, or high-volume periods.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or limited-release collections.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier selected and the customer’s location. Estimated delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Vanguard Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • High-volume seasonal shipping periods
  • Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information is accurate prior to completing checkout.

Vanguard Apparel is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid or insufficient address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, Vanguard Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, selected shipping method, and order size.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Limited Drops & Pre-Orders

Certain limited-release items, made-to-order products, or pre-order items may require additional processing and fulfillment time. Estimated shipping timelines for these products will be communicated on the product page when applicable.
